Never thought of becoming CM: Mani




Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Congress (M) chief K M Mani Tuesday said that he never even thought of becoming the chief minister of the state.

The Finance Minister in the UDF government said the his party has not held any meeting with CPM leader Kodiyeri Balakrishnan on joining the Left Democratic Front (LDF). Mani said that everything was created by media.

Mani's statement comes in the wake of reports that the Kerala Congress was planning to leave UDF.

Recently, Congress leader Pandalam Sudharkan had urged Mani to break his silence on the issue.
