Are you stuck in the infamous friend zone?
While Bollywood actors have clearly dominated the trend of being just friends or at least claiming to be so, the youth of India especially the not-so-fairer sex seems to have gotten stuck in this zone.
Of the different stages of a relationship, Indian men often find themselves either in the bhai zone or the shaadi zone or in the most dangerous zone of all, the friend zone.
To capture the irony of this notorious zone, Culture Machine and Being Indian have created a droll video titled Mumbai on the friend zone. The guys from Culture Machine and Being Indian went around the city of Mumbai and asked the janata about what they think is the friend zone and whether there's a way a guy can get out of it.
While the younger generation has started to easily switch in between the boyfriend to friend zone and vice versa, there are still many who are stuck being just friends.
To solve this mystery Being Indian decided to quiz people with questions such as: have friend zones increased or decreased?; are relationships a game?; and how to really friend zone someone, amongst other questions.
